Day 1: Arrive in Los Angeles

Introduction:

Tour Overview：

*Flight information: Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 3 business days prior to departure. Otherwise, you will be required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense. If the flight delays, we cannot guarantee airport pick-up service for free.

*Airport Pick-up Location：

Arrival procedure for US domestic & Canada flight: Arrival → Baggage Claim area → Meet tour guide → Tour guide will arrange shuttle bus service.

Arrival procedure for International flight: Arrival →Go through immigration→Baggage

Claim Area → Go through Custom → Meet tour guide at the Passenger Exit (located at 7-Eleven Convenience Store) → Tour guide will arrange shuttle bus service.

*Free pickup provides on the first day of your tour between 10:00 am and 22:00 pm. Every 2 hours, that is 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, and 22:00 o'clock. (The free pickup service is based on the seat availability, first come first serve. So it is possible that you need to wait a little bit long during high season.)

*Only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each room. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.

*Paid Airport pickup time: 22:00-24:00, the price is $120 one-way (up to 5 pax). At other time, please transfer to the hotel by yourself.

*Airport meeting: The guide will be wearing a yellow uniform, holding a small yellow flag or an iPad with the local provider's icon.

➢Pick-up: LAX free pick-up; free pick-up time from 8:30 to 22:30, hourly departure on time; 22:30 to 24:00 additional payment of $80 per trip (limited to 5 people) The rest of the time, please return to the hotel by yourself at your own expense; after arriving at the airport, please wait for the tour guide at the baggage claim area for domestic and Canadian flights. For international flights, please wait at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

➢ Drop-off: LAX free delivery (on the day of the end of the trip, the next day you need to pay a fee), please arrange for a domestic flight after 21:30 on the day of the trip or an international flight after 22:30;
➢ If you need to pick up the service, please provide flight information at least three days before departure. For all flights that are temporarily added or delayed, takeyourtrip does not guarantee free pick-up service.

Departure information

Please book domestic flights after 9:30PM or international flights after 10:30PM to leave LAX in los Angeles.
