The itinerary provides airport pickup service. Please provide flight information at least 3 days in advance:
   1)   Complimentary airport pickup service at Calgary International Airport (YYC) is available at 10:00/12:00/14:00/16:00/18:00/20:00/22:00. Upon arrival, please proceed to the 【Westar Service Counter】located at Gate 5 on the Arrivals Level to confirm your pick-up information.


   2)   Hotel shuttle service is available for flights arriving between 6:00-9:00 AM and 22:00-23:00 PM. This complimentary service departs once every hour. If you are unable to take the designated shuttle, the travel agency will coordinate the next available shuttle for you according to the hotel shuttle availability.


   3)   Private car airport pick-up service is available on a Pre-paid basis: for flights arriving between 7:00-23:00. The first two passengers will be charged $90 CAD plus tax, and each additional passenger will be charged $20 CAD plus tax. Please be aware that there is a maximum of four people per order.


   **  Please be sure to provide accurate flight information. Any inaccurate information provided resulting in errors for the pick-up service; the travel agency reserves the right to provide second transfer services with an additional charge (according to the paid private car airport pick-up service fee) or coordinate the next available pickup according to the availability.

providing a shuttle service from the designated hotel to downtown Calgary. Walking is a great way to explore a city. Visit Chinatown and famous landmarks like the Central Library, Bell Studio, the National Music Center (at your own expense), and the Calgary Tower (at your own expense). You can climb to the top of the tower and look down on the beautiful city from a 191-meter-high glass observation deck. Explore Peace Bridge, Prince's Island Park, River Cafe, or go shopping at famous stores like The Core and Holt Renfrew on Stephen Avenue.

This is a 5-hour round-trip transportation to Alberta's largest one-stop shopping center with approximately 4 hours of free time. You can learn about the history and culture of Alberta while shopping. Cross Iron Mills, an outlet mall, is a good option.

 

[ City Self-Explore - Route D] Shopping @ Chinook Centre (5hr) (Excluded) (start at 1:30pm) :

Round-trip transportation only, a total of 5 hours of travel with about 4 hours of free time. "First-class shopping, dining, and entertainment experience" is what Chinook Shopping Center is dedicated to creating for customers.

The Columbia Icefield is the largest ice field in the Rocky Mountains. Located in the Canadian Rockies astride the Continental Divide along the border of British Columbia and Alberta, Canada, the ice field lies partly in the northwestern tip of Banff National Park and partly in the southern end of Jasper National Park.

Today, we will drive along [Icefields Parkway], National Geographic magazine has voted it as one of the most beautiful scenic highways on the planet. This breathtaking drive blends jaw-dropping views with pristine wilderness. Pass by the snow-capped mountain peaks of [Crowfoot Glacier]. Following the visit to [Bow Lake], the lake is a bright turquoise color which is due to the glacial runoff from Bow Glacier. Shortly after, we will come to [Peyto Lake], a must-see lake in Banff National Park for its unique maple shape or vibrant blue glacier-fed water. (If the attraction is under maintenance or other force majeure, we will go to Waterfowl Lake as an alternative attraction) After that, we will arrive at [Columbia Icefield] and experience the stunning beauty of [Athabasca Glacier], the largest and oldest icefield in North America. Lake Louise is a hamlet in Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies, known for its turquoise, glacier-fed lake ringed by high peaks and overlooked by a stately chateau. Hiking trails wind up to the Lake Agnes Tea House for bird's-eye views. There's a canoe dock in summer, and a skating rink on the frozen lake in winter. The Lake Louise Ski Resort features a wildlife interpretive center at the top of a gondola.

Emerald Lake is located in Yoho National Park, British Columbia, Canada. It is the largest of Yoho's 61 lakes and ponds, as well as one of the park's premier tourist attractions. Emerald Lake Lodge, a high-end lodge perched on the edge of the lake, provides local accommodation. A 5.2 km (3.2 mi) hiking trail circuits the lake, the first half of which is accessible to wheelchairs and strollers. During the summer months, canoe rentals are available; in the winter, the lake is a popular cross country skiing destination.

In the morning, we will pass by [Castle Mountain] on the way to [Lake Louise], one of the most visited destinations in the Canadian Rockies; known for its turquoise, glacier-fed lake ringed by high peaks, overlooked by a stately chateau and backed by [Victoria Glacier] and elevated by [Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise]. Followed closely by [Moraine Lake] (Open Seasonal/*Alternative Attractions: Lake Minnewanka / Vermilion Lakes*). Set in the rugged Valley of the [Ten Peaks], amazing colors create a unique appearance used on the Canadian dollar bill. After a lunch stop at Lake Louise Village (Optional choice of [Grill & Bar Asian or Western Set Lunch] with additional charges), we will enter the Yoho National Park, pass by [Spiral Tunnel] This section of the Canadian Pacific Railway carries too much blood and tears of railroad workers and history. Arrive [Emerald Lake], the place where the amazing blue-green color is caused by the sunlight reflecting off the "marl" layer. This is an extraordinary natural beauty! Before ending our tour, you will be amazed by the waterfall cascading over [Natural Bridge]. Enjoy the sounds of nature as you stroll along the path that leads to the Bridge.

      - Reduce the number of participants on the same booking 

      - Cancel the entire booking 

      - Change the itinerary 

      - Change the departure date but keep the same itinerary 

      1.  Within 14 days of departure, there will be no refunds for changes or cancellations of an entire booking (including but not limited to: activities, meals, tickets, pre-paid items, and accommodations in the itinerary).  

      2.   You will be charged a service fee of CAD$50 per change per booking for cancellations or modifications made more than or 15 days before departure (Refundable for activities and catering). 

      The following conditions apply to booking modifications:

      - Increase the number of travelers in the itinerary(Depending on resource availability corresponding to the itinerary dates) 

      - Modify the name of a traveler participating in the itinerary. 

      No changes will be made within 14 days before departure. 

      You will be charged a service fee of CAD$50 per change per booking for changes, or modifications made more than or 15 days before departure. 

      When modifying your booking, you may be charged for any service fees, penalties, or additional costs due to resource circumstances. 

      If you need to cancel or modify your booking for any reason, a bank wire fee, merchandise fee, credit card service fee, etc., will be deducted from your refund. 

      Any changes or cancellations must be made through email or fax. Verbal changes or cancellations are not accepted. 

      Cancellations and refunds are processed within 1-7 business days.
