You will be dropped off at your pick-up location.

There is always a non-refundable additional 6% transcation fees once your booking is confirmed. E.g. Free cancellation will still need to be charged a 6% cancellation fee.

1. If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee. 

2. Cancellation & Re-schedule Policy:

    a.  More than 17 days prior to departure date (EST): Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.

    b.  Less than 16 days but 10 days prior to departure date (EST): 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded.

    c.  Less than 9 days prior to departure date (EST) or on departure day (EST): 100% penalty. No refund. 

    d.  Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.

    e.  If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

Note: The maximum weight limit for this self-funded project is 300 pounds per person. If your weight exceeds the safe range, it is not recommended to participate in this activity. If you still want to participate, you may be charged extra fees or persuaded to withdraw by the helicopter company on site. The extra fees will be borne by you; if you are persuaded to withdraw, our company can refund you the pre-paid fees.

According to Hoover Dam security regulations, all vehicles and visitors entering the scenic area are prohibited from carrying any luggage other than small personal bags (including but not limited to suitcases, oversized backpacks, etc.). To ensure smooth operations, we reserve the right to refuse boarding to guests carrying non-compliant luggage. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated!

The Grand Canyon West Rim usually operates daily, though specific hours for attractions like the Skywalk and the overall visitor shuttle service may vary seasonally. Generally, facilities open around 8:00 AM and close between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, depending on the time of year. It is advisable to arrive early, especially during peak season, to maximize your visit.
