Before entering the Old Quebec City, we will get up to the top of Quebec Tower (Depend on availability) (Fee applies) to have a stunning bird view of the entire city. The ramparts surrounding Old Quebec are the only remaining fortied wall city that still exist in North America, and were declared as a World Heritage Site.
