• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

• Please keep your passport and valuables safe during your trip. You are responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your own property.

• Seniors, patients with cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure or heart disease, women with pregnancy, are recommended to be accompanied by relatives.

• Age of 18 and younger, will need to have your guardian sign up for this trip together as well.

• Due to the fixed schedule, passengers must abide stopping time at each attraction and follow the driver's instructions.

• Please note that there will be no refunds for guests who arrive late or are unable to participate for personal reasons.

• Seniors aged 70 years and above must ensure that they are in good health and suitable to travel, and must be accompanied by family members or friends over the age of 22 throughout the trip.

• When the number of people is small, the driver and tour leader well be the same person. This product is a carpooling service, other guests will ride together, and we will not stop besides the attractions.

• Tokyo and Shinjuku depart from different buses, so the boarding and alighting locations must be the same and cannot be changed.

There is always a non-refundable 6% transcation fees once your booking is confirmed. E.g. Free cancellation will still need to be charged a 6% cancellation fee.
