Day 1: Vancouver Airport Pick-up
Airport Pick-up Information:
1. Complimentary airport pick-up services will be provided at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) at: 10:00、12:30、15:00、17:00、19:00、21:00、23:00. We please ask that you patiently wait for other passengers to arrive at the airport before transferring to the hotel. The wait time may vary and depends on the bus schedule.
2. Vancouver International Airport (YVR) paid pick-up and drop-off services is available 24 hours a day.
1) For flights arriving between 07:00-23:00, the first 2 passengers will be charged USD$80 (CAD$100, CAD price exclude 5%GST tax), and each additional guest will be charged USD$20 (CAD$25, CAD price exclude 5%GST tax). Please be aware that there is a maximum of 4 guests per order.
2) For flights arriving beyond 07:00-23:00, the first 2 passengers will be charged USD$95 (CAD$120, CAD price exclude 5%GST tax), and each additional guest will be charged USD$20 (CAD$25, CAD price exclude 5%GST tax). Please be aware that there is a maximum of 4 guests per order.
3. For all guests who collect luggage and meet with the guide before 12:15, you may pay $1 to participate in the 3-hour Vancouver tour. Please patiently wait in the airport lobby and we will depart from the airport at 12:30. (The fee does not include the driver-guide service fee: USD$15.00/CAD$20.00 / person)
Vancouver tour itinerary: Gastown → 2010 Winter Olympics Torch Plaza → Canada Place, via Chinatown.
Note: If the guest who wants to participate in the Vancouver tour does not choose this activity when placing the order, he/she will be allowed to get on the bus when there are free seats and will be USD$20 (CAD$25, CAD price exclude 5%GST tax) per person.
4. The check-in time for the hotel is 15:00, customers arriving in advance can drop off their luggage at the front desk and arrange their own itinerary.
5. If pick-up service is included in the guest's itinerary, please be sure to provide accurate flight information and arrival times at the designated pick-up location. If there is any inaccurate information provided or an airport pick-up mistake, the travel agency reserves the right to provide second transfer services or charge additional airport pick-up fees.

Seattle paid pick-up information:
1. Every Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, we provide a pick-up service from the Seattle City Vancouver team hotel. The price is $55 per person one-way, and the pick-up location and time are: 13:30, 400 Broad St, Seat, WA 98109, Seattle Space Needle Square (this itinerary needs to be grouped with other Seattle returning guests. The arrival time in Vancouver is approximately after 9pm. Guests who mind, please do not choose).
2. Quick Shuttle between Seattle Airport and Vancouver hotel: You may book a Quick Shuttle from the Seattle Airport (SEA), Seattle downtown (Seattle-Washington State Convention Center), Seattle-Pier 66/91 to the Vancouver hotel (Richmond- River Rock Casino), and we will arrange the vehicle to pick up guests from Richmond- River Rock Casino to our group’s hotel.
Quick Shuttle price: one-way USD$75/person.

2. Seattle-Vancouver round-trip chartered service: 7-person Van, with a maximum of 6 people; one-way USD$650/van.
Day 2: Free Day (Choose Your Itinerary)
Day 3: Vancouver - Grizzli Winery - Kalamalka Lake - Salmon Arm
In the morning, we will pass through the grassland town of Merritt, which is mainly engaged in animal husbandry and forestry. After lunch in Kelowna, then we will visit the famous "VQA" precious winery, taste red and white wines, and buy world-famous Canadian ice wine. Then we will go to the Kalamalka Lake to appreciate the color of the lake that changes with the environment at any time, and feel the magic and charm of nature. Then we will drive to Salmon Arm.

Day 4: Salmon Arm - Banff National Park - Banff
This morning we will visit the famous "Last Spike" in the Pacific Railroad Memorial Park. Then we will pass through Yoho National Park and head to the Bow Falls, one of the filming locations of the classic movie "The River Flows East" starring Marilyn Monroe. Take the Gondola to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountains. Finally, we will go to the Banff Upper Hot Springs (please bring your own swimsuit and towel, etc.) to help you wash away the fatigue of a day's journey.

Kindly Reminder:
1. Coin-operated lockers are available within the scenic area. Please bring CAD $2 coins if you wish to use them.
2. Swimsuits and towels are available for rental at the venue. All rental fees and terms are set by the attraction management; guests may rent items at their own discretion.
3. Guests with heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, pregnancy or other physical ailments shall decide whether to use the hot springs based on their personal physical condition and doctor’s advice. Guests who opt out of the hot spring activity will be arranged free time in Banff Town by the tour guide.
4. If both Banff Gondola and Lake Louise Gondola are out of service, gondola access will not be available. The tour guide will process refunds on board as follows: Adult USD 58.00 / CAD 72.50 per person; Child USD 38.00 / CAD 47.13 per person.
Due to limited hotel availability in the Banff area, specific room types cannot be guaranteed. The hotel will assign either a king-bed room or twin-bed room based on availability upon check-in. Thank you for your understanding!
Day 5: Banff - Kootenay National Park - Lake Louise - Yoho National Park - Emerald Lake - Banff/Calgary
Today’s journey begins in Banff, taking you past the majestic Castle Mountain before entering Kootenay National Park, where you’ll witness the awe-inspiring Marble Canyon—a masterpiece carved by nature’s hand. Next, arrive at Lake Louise, where shifting light paints the waters in ever-changing hues. After traversing the winding Spiral Tunnels, explore Yoho National Park, home to the mighty Natural Bridge and the jewel-toned Emerald Lake, each stop more breathtaking than the last. Finally concluding this unforgettable adventure.

There is always a non-refundable additional 6% transcation fees once your booking is confirmed. E.g. Free cancellation will still need to be charged a 6% cancellation fee.
1. If the tour is not possible due to force majeure such as weather, war, strikes, etc., the company will have the right to change the itinerary, refund the ticket fees for the attractions (except for the free self-paid items), and the registration fee will not be refunded;
2. The following situations apply to order cancellation and change: reducing the number of participants in the same order, canceling the entire order, changing the itinerary, and changing different participating dates of the same itinerary.
a. If the group requests cancellation or rescheduling 33 days (inclusive) before departure, the group fee will not be deducted, and other additional hotels, air tickets or services must refer to the hotel or airline regulations to determine whether they can be refunded.
b. If the group requests cancellation or rescheduling from 17 days (inclusive) to 32 days (inclusive) before departure, 50% of the group fee will be deducted, and other additional hotels or services must refer to the hotel regulations to determine whether they can be refunded.
c. If the group requests cancellation from 16 days (inclusive) before departure to the day of departure or fails to participate on time on the day of departure, it will be deemed as an automatic waiver and the paid group fee will not be refunded.
d. If your company or guests withdraw from the trip or fail to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (lack of travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the tour fee paid will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.
When the order is modified, the resource situation changes and additional fees are incurred, they will be charged according to the actual situation;
Any changes or cancellations must be contacted and processed directly with the company in writing by email or fax.
