Utah State Capitol

The beautiful Corinthian structure located in Salt Lake City underwent a major restoration project from 2004-08 and contains Utah state government offices. The Utah State Capitol that opened in 1916 was designed by architect Richard Kletting is filled with important art, historic relics and many sculptures. Notable attractions are the state House and Senate chambers, Supreme Court chambers, visitor center and the interior of the rotunda. The Capitol Hill grounds also feature a reflection pool and office buildings as well as monuments to state law enforcement, Mormon Battalion and the Vietnam War.

Temple Square

This 36,359-acre Utah national park situated along the Colorado River features more than 2,000 natural sandstone arches including its most photographed Delicate Arch. Arches National Park's landscape has been forming and changing for millions of years. It was made a national park in 1971 being previously named a national monument in 1929. Points of interest are Delicate Arch, Wolfe Ranch, Courthouse Wash Panel, Elephant Butte, Courthouse Towers, The Organ, Fiery Furnace, Balanced Rock and Landscape Arch. The book "Desert Solitaire" was written by author Edward Abbey from his journals during his time as a park ranger.

The park's habitats are alpine, forests, sage brush and rivers, lakes and ponds with 61 species of mammals and 1,000-plus species of plants. Points of interest are the Snake River, Mount Moran, Jackson Lake, Grand Teton and Murie Ranch.

Jackson

Often confused with the valley of Jackson Hole, this Wyoming cowboy town is located five miles from the scenic Grand Teton National Park. Jackson was traversed by explorer John Colter during the Lewis & Clark Expedition in 1807 and 1808. The city is a popular tourist spot thanks to its proximity Grand Teton, Yellowstone National Park, National Elk Refuge, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and other ski resorts. Jackson's Town Square entrance's all have antler archways

Today we will continue our tour at Yellowstone National Park. Then, we will head to the Lake Jackson Hotel, where 5 U.S. presidents have stayed. It is a great place to explore and see the Grand Teton Mountains! Following, we will visit Grand Teton National Park and, in the evening, you will have the opportunity to go stargazing in the national park.

Yellowstone National Park West Thumb Geyser Basin (1 hour) → Grand Teton National Park (60 mins) → Jackson Lake Hotel (60 mins) → Wild and Scenic River Raft Trip on Snake River (3 hours, including rafting fees) → Jackson Town (2 hours, you can visit Elk Antler Arches Park) → Stargazing in Grand Teton National Park (30 mins, including stargazing fee)

Today we will continue to visit Grand Teton National Park. Have you ever wondered what a beautiful sight it would be to overlook from the 11,000-foot pass on the top of a snow-capped mountain? Follow us take a cable car, and the full view will make you thrill! There is also a famous muffin house on the top of the mountain. It is recommended to try the famous "Top of the World" strawberry muffins, paired with a cup of hot chocolate! In the afternoon, we will go to a natural hot spring to relax. The scenery surrounded by the mountains is also a very pleasant view, and you can spend a lovely afternoon here! At night, you will live in the caravan used by immigrants during the westward movement in the 19th century!

Rise and shine! You can arrange free activities around the caravan, play karting, horseback riding or enjoy other activities by the Bear Lake. After 10:00, we will return to Salt Lake City. Special free lunch - Salt Lake City International Buffet (King Buffet) will be offered, if you cannot enjoy it due to flight and other reasons, no meal fee will be refunded, please understand. Great travel agent and bus driver. We saw a lot in a very short time frame. Most of the passengers were Chinese however are tour guide did a wonderful job of keeping everyone informed. Would recommend this tour if you want to see Caravan Ranch Campground
