Day 2: Lower Antelope Canyon - Horseshoe Bend - Salt Lake City
Glen Canyon Dam
This concrete Northern Arizona dam was built in 1966 on the Colorado River and is responsible for creating the beautiful Lake Powell. Glen Canyon Dam located near Page is named for the prismatic Glen Canyon and was constructed for hydroelectric power and flood control. It is part of the popular vacation spot of Glen Canyon National Recreation Area attracting nearly two million visitors per year. The arch dam is 1,560 feet long and 710 feet tall retaining 27 million acre-feet of water.
Lake Powell
This 186-mile long stunning crystal blue lake between Utah and Arizona is visited by more than two million people annually as part of Glen Canyon Recreation Area. Lake Powell is the second largest man-made lake in the United States, was produced by the flooding of Glen Canyon from the Glen Canyon Dam beginning in the 1960s and named after the Colorado River's 1869 explorer John Powell. Miles of sandy beaches, colorful red-rock formations, countless activities and more than 90 canyons make this site a top vacation destination. Fodor's Travel named the lake one of "The World's 20 Most Beautiful Lakes" in 2013.
Antelope Canyon
Antelope Canyon, located in the heart of Arizona’s Navajo land, is a breathtaking slot canyon known for its stunning, otherworldly beauty. Day 5: Yellowstone National Park - Yellowstone Bear World - Great Salt Lake - Salt Lake City
Snake River Canyon
The remarkable canyon formed by the Snake River reaches depths of 500 feet and runs for more than five miles in Idaho's Magic Valley. Snake River Canyon was formed more than 14,000 years ago and was impacted by flooding of the prehistoric Lake Bonneville. Daredevil Evel Knievel made a failed attempt in 1974 to jump the canyon in a rocket.
Grand Teton National park
More than 300,000 acres of pristine wilderness awaits visitors to this Wyoming national park that was named after the highest summit in its Teton Mountain Range and has 200-plus miles of trails. Grand Teton National Park only included the Teton Mountains and six lakes when it was created back in 1929. It expanded throughout the years to include Jackson Hole National Monument, a 35,000-acre land donation from John D. Rockefeller Jr. and more federal property. The park's habitats are alpine, forests, sage brush and rivers, lakes and ponds with 61 species of mammals and 1,000-plus species of plants. Points of interest are the Snake River, Mount Moran, Jackson Lake, Grand Teton and Murie Ranch.

Often confused with the valley of Jackson Hole, this Wyoming cowboy town is located five miles from the scenic Grand Teton National Park. Jackson was traversed by explorer John Colter during the Lewis & Clark Expedition in 1807 and 1808. The city is a popular tourist spot thanks to its proximity Grand Teton, Yellowstone National Park, National Elk Refuge, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and other ski resorts. Great Salt Lake
The largest saltwater lake in the Western Hemisphere is located in Northern Utah and is about 75 miles long, but frequently oscillates. The lake contains brine shrimp and its surrounding region is home to many birds and mammals. Antelope Island and Great Salt Lake state parks are situated on the body of water that is surrounded by pristine white sand beaches. The beautiful Corinthian structure located in Salt Lake City underwent a major restoration project from 2004-08 and contains Utah state government offices. The Utah State Capitol that opened in 1916 was designed by architect Richard Kletting is filled with important art, historic relics and many sculptures. Notable attractions are the state House and Senate chambers, Supreme Court chambers, visitor center and the interior of the rotunda. The Capitol Hill grounds also feature a reflection pool and office buildings as well as monuments to state law enforcement, Mormon Battalion and the Vietnam War.
Temple Square
This stunning 35-acre site consisting of exquisite Mormon monuments and temples, historic landmarks, lush gardens and fine restaurants is Utah's most popular tourist attraction. Located in Downtown Salt Lake City, Temple Square was created in 1853 and welcomes three to five million visitors per year. Its centerpiece is the divine Salt Lake Temple that is the worshiping place of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. If you choose to depart from or be transferred to Las Vegas, you will only be able to participate in the optional excursions to the Las Vegas welcome sign, M&M's Chocolate World, the Coca-Cola themed store (mandatory), and the "Fly Over Las Vegas" tour (at your own expense). The remaining activities will not be available.
On the day of your transfer, a complimentary airport transfer service will be provided departing from your Las Vegas hotel at 10:30 AM. Please book domestic flights departing from LAS airport after 1:00 PM or international flights departing after 2:00 PM.
