Don’t miss this opportunity!
This was definitely a highlight of our vacation. I’ve never been to a slot canyon. The lighting makes for some amazing photos. Our guide was very helpful in showing us how to get good photos. We did the hiking tour and it was an easy walk to the canyon.
Awesome tour
The kindness. friendship and professionalism of tour guide. He’s so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional
It was truly unforgettable.
The canyon's stunning sandstone formations, vibrant colors, and incredible light beams created breathtaking views at every turn. The entire tour was well-organized, and the hiking experience allowed us to fully appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of this remarkable place. It was a perfect combination of adventure, learning, and photography.
Thank you, Julie, and the entire team for an amazing experience. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Arizona and looking to explore one of nature's most spectacular wonders.

Highly recommend Sherry and this tour!
Incredible experience! The canyons are stunning! Our tour guide, Sherry Spencer, was fantastic, knowledgeable, and took the most beautiful photos for us. It was great for all!
Why the name? Why is it called Upper Antelope Canyon?
2025-12-09 00:10The Upper Canyon is above ground, while the Lower Canyon is below ground. Even though the name ‘Upper’ might give the impression that it’s superior to the other canyons in some way, that’s not necessarily the case. They are equally spectacular.
How far is this from the Lower Antelope Canyon?
2025-12-09 00:10Upper and Lower Canyon are very close to each other. In fact, the offices are right across the highway from each other, although to reach the Upper Canyon you have to go off-road in a company truck for about 3 miles (5 km).
Combo tours are available that visit both canyons in a day, but they’re a bit pricey since they include hotel pickup/drop-off and other activities in the Page area.
What is the best time of day to see Upper Antelope Canyon?
2025-12-09 00:10The best time to visit Antelope Canyon is generally from the end of March to the beginning of October. This is especially true for the Upper Antelope Canyon, that way you can see the famous light beams. These are best seen between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM, on a cloudless summer day when the sun is high in the sky.
Can you visit Upper Antelope Canyon without a tour?
2025-12-09 00:10No, unfortunately you can’t go to Upper Antelope Canyon without a tour and a local Navajo guide. They have this same rule for all of the slot canyons located on Navajo land.
Is there hotel pickup and drop-off?
2025-12-09 00:10The normal tours don’t include a pickup service. You need to drive there by yourself.
